Our founder, Mónica Mola, was born in Colombia, raised in Venezuela, and began her career in production before launching her own casting company in Miami in 2001. Her unique background, combined with a sharp cultural sensibility, has made her a trusted voice in casting for inclusive, international storytelling.

In 2025, her work was recognized with an Emmy® Award for the series “La Fuerza de Creer: Dulce Pasión,” celebrating her ability to lead powerful, diverse, and emotionally resonant casts.
